Jon Kabat-Zinn is a long-time pioneer in the field of mind-body medicine and is internationally known for developing the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to integrate a universal meditative discipline and way of being into mainstream life to bring about greater health, healing, and transformation of our world. He has made significant groundbreaking contributions to integrate mindfulness meditation with psychology and neuroscience. Countless individuals from all walks of life have been influenced by his books, including Full Catastrophe Living and Wherever You Go, There You Are. Jon is also an American professor emeritus of medicine and the creator of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the UMass Medical School.

Amy Edelstein is a transformational educator, author, and speaker dedicated to supporting the emergence of our higher human potentials. A Cornell University College Scholar with over 40 years experience with contemplative practice, she is also author of several award-winning books including The Conscious Classroom.
Leashia Lewis is the director of Villanova University UNITAS, the Athletics Departments DE&I initiative. She holds a MA from Villanova in Secondary Counseling along with an undergraduate double major and triple minor. Committed helping underrepresented students succeed in college and career placement, she worked for many years as a high school counselor. Lewis is certified in Courageous Conversations about Race Protocol, is a board member of the Villanova Varsity Club Hall of Fame for Athletics, a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC); and Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling (PACAC); American School Counseling Association (ASCA), and was an All-American track and field athlete on Villanova’s track and field team
Paul is the CEO of the non-profit Global Action Resource Center and the Community Capacity Building Institute in San Diego. A veteran to this work, at 17 he began his career as a youth organizer during the 1970s activist movements. He served as an international consultant specializing in Community Development, Youth Development, Child Welfare, and Organizational Development, successfully completing projects in Central Asia (Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan), the Netherlands, Brazil, Jamaica, and Egypt. Paul has also served as faculty at Springfield College, New School of Architecture and Design, San Diego City College, and UC San Diego. An author of articles and books, Paul has been honored with numerous awards for his work.
